full malt characteristics with a crisp finish on the palate.

Rich dark chocolate flavours set this award winning Porter apart from other dark ales.
Paddy's Pilsner - 4.8% alc/vol

Paddy's Brewery - Master Brewer - Gerard Meares
The IPA is back & slight change to the grain bill seems to have worked nicely. The
Unleaded is back by popular demand, this time around it is fermented on a German Lager yeast, probably my favourite beer to drink during the brew day. Our Summer seasonal for 2010 is The Ginja Ninja, 4.8% Alc/Vol Ginger Beer. We look forward to seeing you here.
Cheers! gerard@paddysbrewery.com

“Brewers have traditionally seen beer as a natural organic libation, and the fewer things
that are added to it-above and beyond grains, hops, yeast and water- the better.”

The Dark Horse - 5.8% alc/vol - Seasonal
This is a strong Dark Ale. Rich mahogany coloured strong dark ale with tints of toffee and raisiny, blackcurrant dryness. English grown Goldings hops lend a distinctly floral hop
flavour in the background. Perfect for enjoying by the fire place. If they liked the
Chocolate Porter they will love The Dark Horse!
Paddy's Wheat - 4.6% alc/vol - Seasonal
A classic German "crystal" style wheat beer with a large percentage
of locally grown wheat malt.
