American Pale Ale

A totally rebuilt Pale Ale is now on tap! Medium bodied, copper coloured and dry hopped
with Citra and Amarillo. An easy quaffer with plenty of hop flavour!
Choc Porter Rich & Dark 4.8% On tap!
The first batch of our new Porter is now on tap. This could be our favorite"breakfast
beer" yet! Rich dark flavors set this Porter apart from other dark ales.
Paddy's Wheat Beer 4.7% Now On Tap
Wheat beer has returned to Paddy's. The current version is quite clear and light bodied due to
extra cold maturation. The yeast flavour profile is a nice background spice with a hint of
banana. Very nice with slice of lemon on a hot day!
Paddy's Pilsner 4.5% Now On Tap!
Locally grown Pilsner malts along with 3 additions of Czech grown Saaz hops, create a
bouquet of malt and floral, spicy hop aromas, low fermentation temperatures and an
extended lagering period result in a true Bohemian style Pilsner.
Summer Seasonal Paddy's Ginger Beer 4.7% Now on tap!
Heaps of fresh ginger and lemons crushed into Paddy's new ginger beer! Now on
tap, just in time for the summer storms! A hot day drinker! Cheers #gingerbeer
Seasonal Dunkel German Style Dark Lager 4.7% On Tap
Munich - style Dunkel. A malt -driven dark lager with just enough bitterness to
balance the finish on the palette. Smooth and malty dark beer.
